Research peptide dilution calculator
Explore concentration, calibrated scale geometry, component ratios, total-mass adjustments, and volumetric planning. Enter a laboratory reference quantity—not a recommended dose. This is not an injection or administration guide.
1 · Set up the calculation
Optional mixture components
Enter component nominal masses in mg; their sum must equal vial nominal mass. Calculations use equal proportional adjustment if tested total mass is selected.
2 · Reverse volume planner
Choose a reference quantity and a desired scale marking to solve the mathematical final volume. This is not a preparation recommendation.

Compare marking precision
Comparison reflects geometry only. Finer markings do not establish measurement accuracy or make a tiny volume appropriate.

Questions & validation notes
Why can the calculated marking fall between barrel ticks?
Arithmetic gives a continuous number, while physical scales are discrete. The calculator displays its neighboring marked graduations and the implied deviation. It does not advise rounding a real-world dose or using an unverified instrument.
Does 1 IU equal a fixed number of mg or mcg?
No. International Units represent substance-specific biological activity. Converting IU to mass requires a validated conversion for that specific material. IU and mass are intentionally isolated in this tool.
Does the reverse planner tell me how much water to add?
No. It solves for final volumetric concentration under a mathematical model. Real preparation can require accounting for displacement and other laboratory constraints.
What is a U-100 unit here?
For a U-100 scale, 100 labeled scale units correspond to 1 mL. U-50 is 50 per mL, and U-40 is 40 per mL. The markings are not interchangeable.
Is this medical advice or a dosing tool?
No. The entered quantity is a user-defined arithmetic reference, not a recommended or verified human dose. This tool cannot assess safety, medical appropriateness, sterility, route, or suitability for use.
Where do settings and progress go?
Only into your device's browser storage if storage is available. Using private mode or clearing browser data can erase them. The tool makes no network requests and uses no third-party libraries.
